What’s going on my dudes!? Lot’s happening on my end. I’ve been busy developing some things for y’all over the past couple months so content creation has been a little slow and will continue to be so for another month or two.
First off, I just finished publishing a NEC Practice Question book. If you’re about to take an electrical exam or you just want to continue getting better at finding information it’s a great book to get your hands on. For the rest of February 2019 it’s 20% off so it only costs $8.99 for a digital download (PDF). After February it’ll be back at it’s normal price of $11.99. I’m also accepting pre-orders of the physical printed copy of the book which will be $18.99. Go to http://www.electricianu.com/2017-2019-electrician-practice-question-book to get yours!
I got myself a new MacBook Pro and Synology just sent me a DS1618+ 6-bay NAS that has a Quad Core 2.1 GHz processor, 4GB DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM, 16 TB of storage space, and the ability to further boost storage performance with the optional M.2 SSD cache or enhance network speeds by adding a 10 GbE NIC. This has become a game-changer for my storage needs especially because I deal with such large amounts of massive video files. I haven’t set it up to be fully functional yet, as there are a TON of features that I don’t even know how to use effectively. However I’m going to sit down with Synology to go over everything in far more detail soon.
There are bigger things coming down the pipeline over the next year, so stay tuned to see how my content will change (for the better, I promise).
Cheers my friends!
